2. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you contact us, request a quotation or submit a form, we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, company name and the content of your enquiry.

Messaging information

When you exchange messages with us, or with a business using gdwa, over WhatsApp, we process your phone number, WhatsApp profile name, the content of the messages, and delivery information such as whether a message was sent, delivered or read.

Account information

For people who sign in to gdwa, we hold their name, email address, role and a securely stored password.

Technical information

We collect limited technical information when you use our services, including IP address, browser type, pages viewed and the date and time of your visit.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

• respond to enquiries and provide the services you request;
• send and receive messages on behalf of businesses that use our services;

4. WhatsApp and Meta

gdwa uses the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta, to deliver messages. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also processed by Meta in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy.

• We send WhatsApp messages only to people who have agreed to receive them.
• You may withdraw your consent at any time by telling us in the conversation or by using the contact details below. We will stop messaging you.
• We use information received through WhatsApp only to support the conversation with you. We do not sell it, and we do not share it with advertisers or use it for advertising.
• You may ask us to delete your conversation data at any time. See our Data Deletion page.

5. Sharing of information

We do not sell personal information. We share it only with:

• Service providers that host our systems or deliver messages for us, including Meta for WhatsApp, under obligations of confidentiality;
• The business you are communicating with, where that business uses our services to contact you;
• Authorities, where disclosure is required by law or necessary to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Your information may be processed in India and in other countries where our service providers operate.

6. Retention and deletion

We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law.
